Until I drove past it I had no idea that Indianapolis had a Serbian Orthodox Church (worth noting the church has been around since 1950), this is why I love to explore so many new things to find. Located at the corner of 79th St. and Marsh Rd, they have been at this location sin late 2006. I found it interesting that the sign outside the church is written in Serbian and English.
As I was wondering around outside I peaked inside and it looks just fantastic you can get a real sense of the culture inside, not only has several pictures and ornaments that adorn the inside, they even have a bookstore!
This is one place I would love to not only know more about but also take some shots of the inside.
