This is one of the churches that I thought just simply post the pictures and be done with it, this turned out to be something more than what I was expecting. I had a plan to shoot five (I got 4, one was holding a farmers market in it's parking lot) churches today, this was the last one on my list, by then the sky was turning gray as it was about to storm, and there were plenty of cars in the parking lot, so I decided to make this a quick trip.
The church dates back to 1957 where it has occupied three different buildings and now located in it's current location at 63rd St and Michigan Rd.
I apologize for the lack of pictures and odd angles, I was trying to make use of what blue sky I had left and there were a lot of cars in the back and I wasn't able to shoot around them. As I was headed out to the car I ran into Pastor Fields from the church and I told him what I was doing, he is a extremely nice guy and he asked me to email him the site...but the church's website doesn't have a email listed, but they do have a facebook group I will there (I really need to make business cards for this). Hopefully I can get the time to come back to take better pictures and talk to Pastor Fields more.
